At CityAnuncios, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will promptly respond to notices of alleged infringement that are sent to our designated DMCA agent.

Notice and Takedown Policy

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA agent with the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notifications

If material that you have posted has been taken down as a result of a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification if you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification. To file a counter-notification, please provide our DMCA agent with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. An identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which CityAnuncios may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, CityAnuncios has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. CityAnuncios may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to CityAnuncios and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.
